Paid Media Manager at Pathpoint

Pathpoint is looking for a Paid Media Manager to scale our digital marketing program and substantially increase our user base. You’ll report to our Head of Marketing to deliver prospects that turn into active users (specifically insurance agents who become active users of our technology platform). As Paid Media Manager, you will build brand awareness and drive demand generation to grow our audience and customer engagement using various paid media channels that include display, SEM, social media, and email. What You'll Do:

  • Help drive monthly and quarterly campaigns that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales
  • Plan, build and execute digital marketing campaigns from the ground up, including display, SEM, social media and email marketing
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and evaluate against goals (ROI and KPIs); identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Manage monthly budget for ad content while tracking and optimizing performance 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
  • Work collaboratively to align digital marketing efforts with the broader marketing organization
  • Stay on top of and review new digital trends and opportunities to ensure the company remains a digital marketing leader

What We Look For:

  • 3+ years of paid media experience with demonstrated expertise across display/programmatic, paid social, email, and SEM required
  • Experience in building and implementing successful digital campaigns
  • Analytical and data-driven with the ability to interpret and review data and use it for campaign optimization
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple workstreams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in marketing
