SEO Customer Success Manager at Pathfinder SEO

Join a growing SEO company in an entry-level position. You will learn about SEO and use a next-generation platform to help customers grow their businesses.

Pathfinder SEO is a guided SEO software for site owners, freelancers, and agencies. A guided approach to SEO includes:
  • Process — Clearly defined roadmap for what comes next along with how-to lessons to make taking action easy.
  • Tools — Keyword research, rank tracking, and monthly reporting.
  • Coaching — One-on-one sessions.

We are looking for a team member to join our customer success team.

Here’s what you need to be able to do:
  • Follow directions with attention to detail.
  • Enjoy the work of learning new things (constantly).
  • Document your work, so your customers can learn from you.

With those skills in place, you will end up doing all of this on a regular basis:
  • Implement a process-based SEO checklist on a subscriber's website to jumpstart their results. This work is done directly on a customer’s website on platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, and Shopify.
  • Coach subscribers via video conferencing. Ensure they are on the path to growth, answer questions, and offer encouragement.
  • Respond to support requests via email.
