Interpersonal Sales/Business Development Representative at MintHire
We're a recruiting company seeking a candidate for our client. If chosen, you will run Business Development for one of their customers, which might be Microsoft, Adecco, or Women in Technology. Who we’re looking for: You’re looking to join the ground floor of a fast-growing company. You want to work directly alongside an experienced founder and learn the playbook for B2B sales, prospecting, and build a book of business. You’re ambitious, driven, and resourceful.
Responsibilities: •Create crisp, compelling messaging and scripting to engage decision-makers.•Conduct hundreds of calls, corresponding with high-level VP’s and Directors.
•Use a mix of software to develop relationships over emails, calls, and social media.Must have’s: •Extraordinary native English speaking communication skills. People who meet you consider you to be a remarkable communicator. You can convey ideas easily, and you can hold a conversation for as long as you'd like whether it’s over the phone or in writing. •1+ year working remotely as a freelancer or for a distributed team.
•Working knowledge of Gmail, Google Docs, Excel, LinkedIn.•Track record of being a highly motivated problem-solver.Awesome if you:
•Can show you're competitive, gritty, and resourceful. You've started projects of your own, and brought them to fruition. •Live and breath technology. The Internet and you are One. You live out of your inbox and smartphone.
