Biz Dev Rep at Kensho Growth

We're a growth and PR agency that works with top Silicon Valley startups. Looking for someone entrepreneurial interested in a MBA-without-the-tuition education in how to build your own startup. Spend two years here learning the ropes on scaling growth, then go launch your own SaaS or agency. Our founder has created multiple 7/8-figure businesses in the agency and manufacturing space.

Specifically looking for a BDR focused on prospecting and securing more tech clients for our agency. Daily tasks would include:

-- scraping, prospecting, qualifying leads for tech clients to contact
-- set up third-party domains for email campaigns
-- craft the right killer email copy, follow-up drips, and occasionally pick up the phone for follow-ups
-- organize sales CRM and aggressively follow-up

We help Silicon Valley tech startups get the right type of PR, so lots of opportunities to sell to tech CEOs and founders.

Ideal profile:

-- someone who knows about email deliverability (GMass, SPF, DKIM, warming up accounts)
-- great copy-writing skills (although if you want to improve yours, we can teach you too!)
-- hyper-organized (you live in Trello boards and Google Sheets)
-- go-getter attitude and excited to learn and master

We're flexible on time zone (just needs to have a few hours overlap with EST).
