Sales Administrators act as the connecting piece between the customer and the Salesperson. Sales administrators are responsible for the efficient handling of customer queries and they help to improve the productivity of sales representatives by fielding calls when necessary. This important position contributes to the quality of customer service and the achievement of sales targets.

Sales Administrator Duties and Responsibilities

● Tech-Savvy - Must be familiar with using a CRM, Microsoft Office, and learning new types of software

● Must be pragmatic and capable of providing support in a solution-selling type of environment

● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

● Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

● Must be capable of developing a full grasp of RCA, Icom, Motorola Product line of radios & Accessories

● Extremely detail-oriented ● Must be able to work under strict deadlines

● Process or edit Orders

● Process or edit Quotes

● Able to execute customer service best practices

● Must be able to field inbound or outbound sales call when necessary

● Must be able to maintain an accurate customer database

● Energetic & Upbeat

● A team player with the high level of dedication

● Stay up-to-date with new products and features
