Senior Product Marketing Manager at Beekeeper

We are excited to meet our new Senior Product Marketing Manager who will help drive our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and accelerate revenue and market growth for Beekeeper!

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be a critical member of Beekeeper's go-to-market team. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing and in close collaboration with product, sales, and the rest of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying and rolling out winning strategies to position Beekeeper as the solution that transforms the way frontline businesses work. You will ensure our product is positioned to grow Beekeeper's share of our target markets. And you will equip our sales teams to close deals faster.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare and implement go-to-market plans for new product features and packages
  • Develop positioning and messaging to ensure that feature releases and packages are well received by customers and prospects, leading to high adoption and usage
  • Plan, prioritize, and deliver outcomes tied to achieving the opportunity pipeline and bookings for new acquisition and customer expansion
  • Develop strong use cases that are relevant to customers and prospects
  • Turn technical language from the product team into clear and simple copy
  • Enable the sales team with training and materials to help them educate prospects and customers, and sell our product
  • Support the Customer Success Team with product collateral (presentations, in-app promotion, video) and customer communications
  • Manage ongoing research across our internal teams, customers, prospects, and analyst contacts to improve our positioning, messaging, and sales enablement
  • Prioritize plans and workload to focus on the areas of biggest impact
  • Analyze competitors, maintain competitor score cards and train the sales team on competitive intelligence
  • Improve the team's knowledge and act as a mentor with your B2B product marketing experience
  • Act as a Beekeeper brand ambassador to ensure communications are aligned, consistent and on brand

What we look for in you

  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience in SaaS (Mid-Market preferred)
  • Strategic and creative thinking: the ability to see the big picture and make it happen
  • Experience scaling processes in fast-growing companies
  • Experience building and evolving competitive intelligence programs
  • Demonstrated success in analyzing market opportunities, defining market requirements, and messaging
  • Exceptional communication skills and a clear, persuasive, buyer-oriented writing style
  • Track record in translating product capabilities and functionality into clear, value-based messaging and sales artifacts
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams to drive business impact
  • Exceptional team player and collaborator who can deliver on the needs of multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of working with G-Suite, Confluence, and digital content development tools (ex: Canva, screenflow, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success working in a high-growth, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Self-starter, quick learner, and strategic thinker with the ability to shift and pivot priorities quickly, and work on multiple priorities under tight timelines
  • Creative with a keen eye for detail

For Colorado residents: The base salary range for this position's level is between $110,000 and $130,000.

For New York and California residents: The base salary range for this position's level is between $117,000 and $137,000.

Our total compensation consists of base salary (depending on education, experience, knowledge, skills, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data), stock options plus several additional benefit coverage including learning and development fund, Home Office Set-up reimbursement and the rest of the benefits you can see here .
