Product Marketing is responsible for developing crisp, highly differentiated, compelling positioning and messaging for ApexChat's services. We tell ApexChat's most important and interesting stories to educate customers about what is possible with ApexChat's newest products.
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help us build and launch great products that resonate with ApexChat's customers, target user personae, decision-makers, end users, and internal customers.
As the Product Marketer, you will be responsible for co-driving the go-to-market strategy & positioning for key ApexChat offerings. You will work directly on key initiatives on go-to-market, product launches, sales enablement, content, operations & pricing. You will work extensively with product management, marketing, sales, and operations to accelerate growth across our company.
Co-Drive and co-plan the go-to-market strategy for ApexChat's products, features, and services across cross-functional teams
Define positioning and key messaging by thoroughly understanding the ApexChat product, audience, and key competitors.
Manage customer advisory board and beta users
Collect user feedback - 1:1 calls, surveys, and raw data - to influence the product roadmap
Assist with packaging & pricing strategy for specific initiatives, such as product launches. This includes framing strategic considerations, creating potential solutions, analyzing options, collaborating with senior executives, incorporating industry learnings, and driving toward a decision.
Co-Develop the sales enablement collateral and provide support at each stage of the sales funnel.
Craft & develop compelling audience-specific messages, content, and tools (event keynotes, customer presentations, websites, whitepapers, infographics, webinars, customer success stories, product videos, how-to guides, etc.)
Partner with growth and content teams to drive awareness and demand for the product
Conduct user, market, and competitive research to better understand and evangelize market trends and apply key learnings to the product roadmap and marketing strategy.
Develop a deep understanding of the ApexChat offering and how combined with other platforms and apps, solves problems for SMB customers.
Own product messaging, positioning, and all launch activities, including internal readiness, beta programs, documentation, and content
Drive internal product education and create useful customer-facing product help content.
3+ years of marketing experience
Preferred: B2B and/or technology marketing strategy/product marketing experience
