Inside Sales Representative at Bradsby Group

Reporting directly to the Manager of Inside Sales, the Inside Sales Representative is essential to the success of the entire sales team and will be critical to facilitating the initial engagement of new prospects through direct outreach to target customers. The Inside Sales Representative is the front line of new deals and is responsible for supporting the sales team in the sourcing of opportunities to achieve annual revenue targets.

This position will be fully remote and can be done during normal business hours anywhere within the United States.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Individual's Responsibilities Will Include

  • Working with the Metrus direct sales team to generate new project opportunities with customers and achieve targets related to early-stage lead generation
  • Research points of contact for outreach (ZoomInfo experience a plus)
  • Deploy informed email campaigns with customer relevant details to create interest and engagement with prospects
  • Daily phone call outreach to potential prospects
  • Administration of customer accounts, contacts, and activity reporting in Salesforce
  • Support projects to improve our sales processes and value proposition

Experience & Qualifications

Qualifications include a proven track record selling complex products while exceeding sales targets. A demonstrated ability to develop a rapport and excite customers about a solution that motivates them to move forward in the project development process. The successful individual will also need to demonstrate:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or sales development role
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, quantitative, and organizational skills
  • Persistence
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with CRM management tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively and represent Metrus professionally in all aspects
  • Work experience in the energy efficiency or clean energy industry is a plus
  • Experience with any of the following is a plus; Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Engage, GovWin and/or Leadfeeder
  • Bachelor's degree

Further, the candidate will need to be a self-starter who can thrive working remotely.

Salary and Benefits
