Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a self-motivated, dedicated, and enthusiastic individual to join our growing Sales team. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for the development of the lead generation program for our Provider Solutions team and will nurture inbound and outbound sales lead campaigns. You will leverage your talents and communication acumen to lead an integrated marketing strategy and develop prospective leads for our Sales team to pursue. You will play a crucial role in creating, implementing, and developing sales strategies to effectively generate prospective leads for the organization. Additionally, this role will involve maximizing network partnerships; proactive prospecting through social media, email, and phone calls; and value proposition presentations and technology demonstrations to introduce prospective organizations to our services and solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Fill the sales funnel with qualified leads
  • Prospect, generate, qualify, and process new leads with focus on introducing Annexus Health solutions and setting up discovery/demo conversations for the Sales team
  • Conduct research and identify opportunities in the marketplace and stay abreast of the competitive landscape to inform Account Management (AM) and National Sales Manager (NSM) teams
  • Track, analyze, and monitor leads in our CRM
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
  • Initiate lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Assist in development of presentations, proposals, and the contracting process for prospective clients
  • Initiate and participate in new business pitches with Sales team and subject matter experts, and own follow-through with the lead prospect
  • Provide consistent, concise, and accurate internal and external communications
  • Provide timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Build, foster, develop, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients


About You:

  • Ability to navigate complex situations and manage multiple tasks and priorities; enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and/or lead generation goals/quotas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated, energetic, and reliable, with an insatiable desire to succeed
  • Professionally persistent in prospect follow-up and lead development
  • Ability to handle client objections and redirect to product value for an organization
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Passionate to make a difference in patient care
  • Exceptional note-taking skills
  • Love to have fun!

Bonus Points for experience with the following:

  • Previous business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is a plus
  • Experience in a healthcare or technology/software environment is a plus
  • Experience in the therapeutic areas of oncology, rheumatology, retina, gastroenterology, urology, or neurology is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, social media platforms, and CRM management (Salesforce) is a plus
