Email Marketing Manager at Brado

The B2B Email Marketing Manager works closely with marketing channel leads and Brado's digital strategy team to develop, implement, and track B2B email campaigns against client KPIs. They help define, develop, and execute the CRM/email strategy to help acquire, nurture, and retain customers. They have extensive experience in email and lifecycle marketing, possess strong analytical capabilities, and can identify opportunities for continued growth and optimization along the customer journey while managing email creative process and implementation. They help define how we segment the audience to ensure the messages are delivered to the right person, at the right time, with the right content.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
  • Create email databases for lead generation
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Drive client strategy and campaign planning by analyzing performance and KPIs
  • Provide recommendations for new and existing campaigns including triggers, and automation
  • Collaborate with creative, messaging, and content for campaigns using email and automated marketing
  • Create A/B tests for campaign optimization on many devices and platforms
  • Analyze client email list health and segmentation strategy
  • Segment audiences based on predefined attributes and demographic data
  • Collaborate with other teams, including the Automation team (in measuring results and optimizing lead nurturing workflows), giving recommendations on email deliverability issues, communicating with the account management team and clients, and the strategy and MarTech teams (to support digital marketing activities as needed)
  • Learn other marketing tasks like lead generation, paid search, paid social media (LinkedIn), and analytics
  • Firm understanding of email best practices, SPAM and privacy, opt-in and opt-out policies
  • Ability to create automated workflows from start to finish

  • 3+ years of marketing experience including email marketing, deliverability, testing, and automation
    • Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems
    • Proficiency in marketing automation technology
    • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics is a plus
    • Familiarity with analytical and database tools
    • Experience with high-level email deployment platforms
    • Manage many campaigns at once including different segmented messages
    • Data-driven thinking to analyze data through A/B testing and email optimization
