We are hiring a Sales Director to join our Modis business (soon-to-be Akkodis, a division of The Adecco Group). This role will be focused on our Government Services clients, so the ideal candidate will bring government experience to the table. We are looking for a seasoned sales professional passionate about outside sales and mentoring, developing and managing a team of sales and recruiting professionals. This position is remote (in a work-from-home capacity), but the successful candidate will be located in the DC Metro area with a strong network in the region. What you ll be doing
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and growing your own book of business while also overseeing the work of other sales and recruiting professionals
  • Establishing and implementing sales and recruiting strategies
  • Mentoring, coaching, and training sales professionals in your region
About you
  • Bachelor s degree in business or related field
  • Minimum of four (4) years of sales, recruiting, or staffing industry experience required
