Facebook (Paid Social) Ad Manager at Reaction Concepts

Come join our growing digital marketing agency as our newest Facebook/Paid Social Ad Manager!

We’re looking for someone with experience running Facebook (and other social platforms) ads with outstanding attention to detail. We need someone who can do more than just implement the budget and target/creatives provided by a client, but through research can come up with ideas/creatives/text/targeting ideas on your own. 

This is a remote position with a lot of flexibility! 

Our small digital marketing agency has 10 independent contractors working in different cities and we are looking to add another member to our cloud-based team.

Hours are flexible but prefer a rough M-F 10-3 PST availability. You are required to check in with our CRM numerous times throughout the day, so this works well if you have other clients that you currently manage and have a dedicated home office space.  

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies and create a clear roadmap to support and achieve the client’s business objectives

  • Strategize, execute, and manage a variety of Facebook ad campaigns from conception to creative to execution to analysis.

  • Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommendations for the future

  • Add your analysis and recommendations to the monthly reports for clients and be able to speak to the WHY behind your management actions. 

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Paid Facebook advertising experience (Blueprint certified a huge plus!)

  • 2+ years managing your own clients (e-commerce accounts and lead generation a huge plus!)

  • Knowledge of any of the following is a plus: Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, TikTok ads, Pinterest ads

  • Simple video ad creation (images, add text and audio, not a full-blown video production)

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics helpful

  • Strong copywriting skills, attention to detail and spelling/grammar

  • Excellent creative eye and ability to execute on creative concepts

  • Exceptional time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities

  • Innovative thinker and collaborative team player

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Marketing, Business, Economics, or related analytics fields)

 

Job Type: Part-time 1099 Income $30/hour
