Originating in Melbourne, Australia, we are a rapidly expanding tech company with ambitious goals to grow our amazing team into the US. We are looking for experienced and skilled salespeople, ideally from the events or tech industries to begin building out our US Sales team to achieve these goals.

About the Role


We are looking for Outbound Sales Specialists who are confident, driven and passionate about events technology.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales prospecting, researching, booking qualified meetings/appointments
  • Lead generation - via new & existing (direct) client relationships
  • Strategic cold calling to senior decision makers
  • Maintain and update the internal CRM
  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries
  • Attend to inbound calls from customers and maintain current KPI's
  • Provide strong sales and customer service expertise to our customers
  • Demonstrate your achievements through proven results

About you:


  • Experience in sales service (+5 years' experience preferred)
  • Experience in events advantageous
  • Have a true passion for delivering customer service excellence
  • Proven ability working to defined KPI's
  • Possess a confident, engaging approach to sales
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Resilience and the ability to work in a complex and changing environment
  • A strong desire to succeed
  • A strong focus on sales and exceeding targets
  • Be self-managed with excellent time management skills
  • Enthusiastic, efficient, and strong attention to detail
  • Can-do attitude towards all obstacles
