Your role as Product Marketing Manager
As Product Marketing Manager, your key objective is to retain and grow CD Worlds numbers by analysing overseeing the content strategy, partnerships and ensuring our marketing campaigns deliver on ROI.
In this role, you will be in charge of overseeing the entire chloédigital marketing funnel, liaising with internal and external stakeholders in order to reach company targets for membership growth and retention.

You will report to the CEO.
Maintain and innovate on our content marketing funnel and relevant processes
Maintain and update our CRM
Track results against agreed KPIs, budget, measurable ROI and share learnings with relevant business functions.
Manage end-to-end content development, publishing, engagement, customer feedback and analytics
Implement publishing best practices based on industry and target audience
Drive acquisition activity through Paid Ads & Paid Social
Execute initiatives and campaigns across our site, blog, social, partners and client evangelists
Implement tracking and tagging across all acquisition channels for conversion reporting.
Build and manage buyer persona and buyer journey
Liaise with internal teams on the delivery of quality and timely original content assets.
Oversee organic social strategy
Content strategy: Analyse the content activity of competitors, community and partners and keep up to date with content marketing trends and continuously develop creative ideas.
Content production: Write and manage the production of written & video marketing materials including blog posts, website copy, webinars, company announcements, presentations, Award/event submissions, email marketing, social captions, online ads, and collateral. Including content upgrades, for example, quizzes, calculators, ebooks, whitepapers, reports etc.
Content monitoring: Analysis of content performance in terms of new leads generated, nurtured and contribution to pipeline
Capture engagement metrics to turn into actionable insights
- 5+ years experience in a Marketing/Product Marketing role in a SaaS based B2B (or B2B2C) start-up or growing
MUST have SAAS experience
Operating multi-channel automation, API integration and analytics with tools like Planoly, Zapier, and SEMRush
A strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention
Detailed knowledge of social channels and application trends
Experience of how social media can be used to meet business objectives
Experience with Google WorkSpace, SEO, Google Analytics
Excellent content/copywriting and editing skills both short and long-form. Skilled at aligning writing with a brand tone of voice and brand message. Able to provide examples of written content you have created.
Experience in using Video to drive marketing goals
Knowledge of WordPress, CRM systems like Pipedrive, Email marketing solutions like Mailchimp, HTML and CSS (desirable)
Ability to understand technical product details and translate this into simple and creative go-to-market messages in the form of written and video content.
Proven experience in creating and managing a full content marketing plan, including content upgrades and lead generation
Ability to research and gather complex data and insights from a variety of sources and distil it into clear and compelling content that resonates with audience segments
Knowledge of content best practices and experience developing and measuring the performance of content assets across multiple channels
Excellent administrative, organisational and presentation skills, with an ability to prioritise, manage and meet deadlines
Open-minded, flexible and able to deal with people effectively at all levels, both internally and externally
Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to excel in an ambiguous environment
