Job Overview

As a Digital Insurance Agent, you will analyze, advise, and sell personal lines insurance policies to customers with the support of DealerPolicy's cutting edge technology products, by

  • Handling an average of 150 inbound leads per month with motivated real-time buyers
  • Using multiple carrier systems while preparing & cross-selling personalized quotes
  • Providing expert advice and recommendations to our customers and clients
  • Closing sales at a strong conversion rate from your high inbound lead flow (no cold calling)
  • Earn high compensation for sales closers who convert and round buyers at strong levels

    • A valid Property and Casualty insurance license
    • 18 months experience selling auto insurance
    • Superior personal lines insurance knowledge
    • Persuasive; persistent and confident in closing a sale in fast paced setting
    • Self-initiative to continuously follow up with warm leads to drive deals to completion
    • Work 4 days/week, Off 3 days/week. Remote-based (Home Office)
    • 10-hr work shift (until 9p local time, aligned to auto dealer hours), includes Saturdays
    • Solid computer, IT and systems experience
    • Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience selling insurance with multiple carriers
    • Experience with AMS360, PL Rater, or other rating tools
    • Home, renters or other property-related insurance sales
