Business Development Representative at The Deamer Group

The Deamer Group is currently in search of Business Development Representatives (Sales) to help grow our business by attracting and retaining new clients. Position Summary
The BDR will work under the direction of the Executive Vice President and is responsible for identifying and developing business relationships. The BDR is one of the first points of contact prospective clients have with the organization, and they will be responsible for leading the sales process, client-relationship management, develop new strategic partnerships, and guide long-term objectives to meet TDG needs. The BDR will use various methods for contacting potential clients such as cold-calling, emails, social media, and professional networking events.

This position is 100% commission with no salary cap and no sales quotas. The right candidate will earn over six figures annually. Additional perks will be available to employees who demonstrate success in the position. It is a remote role (working from your home office). This position requires someone with a successful track record in B2B sales who is accustomed to making over 50 outbound calls every day.



Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact prospective clients (primarily cold-calling)

  • Research and develop targeted outreach campaigns

  • Manage relationships with prospective clients

  • Qualify and schedule client appointments

  • Maintain detailed records of prospective client's accounts

  • Manage email/social media outreach campaigns

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Cold call prospects to introduce product/service

  • Cold call potential clients and build rapport

  • Influence prospective clients to utilize TDG services

  • Qualify prospective clients and schedule them to speak with one of the TDG Consultants

  • Maintain detailed notes on interactions with prospective clients.

  • Research companies to determine who may benefit from TDG services

  • Promptly respond to client requests and concerns

  • Develop new accounts and build solid client base

  • Develop strategies for engaging/developing new leads

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales/Telemarketing

  • Experience in the recruiting/staffing industry strongly preferred

  • Personal Laptop required

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook required

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent telephone communication skills

  • Strategic thinker and presents ideas effectively

  • Well organized and excellent follow through

  • Great attention to detail

  • Driven to succeed
